• Ejecutar los flujos de reactivación del backlog diariamente según el playbook del Lead de CRM • Contactar leads de forma proactiva por los canales definidos (email, WhatsApp, llamada) • Calificar leads: identificar quién está listo para pasar al equipo de guías de ventas • Registrar todas las interacciones en HubSpot con precisión — tus datos alimentan las decisiones del equipo • Detectar qué mensajes y acciones funcionan mejor y reportarlo al Lead de CRM • Proponer mejoras al playbook cuando algo no funciona
• 1-2 años en CRM, data analytics • Experiencia con HubSpot u otra herramienta de CRM • Orden y detalle: registras bien, no te saltas pasos • Comunicación escrita clara, empática y adaptada al segmento 60+ • Capacidad de manejar volumen sin perder calidad de contacto • Orientación a resultados: sabes si te está yendo bien o no • Autonomía para priorizar sin que te digan qué hacer cada hora • Apertura para aprender e iterar rápido • Deseable: manejo de SQL
