Description
• Author, edit, test, and deliver content for on-premises and cloud environments • Revise, restructure, and edit existing content to improve usability • Write deployment and configuration guides, user guides, API and command references, tutorials, and best practices guides • Manage open-source Github repositories • Collaborate with various teams to develop clear and concise technical content • Contribute to information architecture, internal development processes, and documentation development tools
Requirements
• 4+ years’ experience documenting highly technical software • Strong communication skills • Self-directed learner with tech skills • Familiarity with Git and Github • Experience working in Agile development • Familiarity with REST APIs, Open API, and programming languages like Ruby, JavaScript, Lua, and Go • Familiarity with Jekyll static site generator
