📋 Description

• Responsibility for convenience, including travel retail, e-commerce and new channels • Strategic development of cooperation across all relevant sales channels • Responsibility for revenue, profit and volume for Krombacher and Schweppes • Leading annual negotiations and implementing central agreements • Responsibility for listings, assortment strategies and promotional plans • Management of customer budgets • Analysis of sell-out and performance KPIs • Initiating appropriate measures in the event of deviations from targets • Developing and implementing customer-specific concepts in cooperation with the field sales team • Direct reporting line to the Group Account Manager, REWE

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or commercial training with an additional qualification (e.g. business economist or certified retail specialist) • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the German food retail sector, ideally in the beverage or FMCG industry • Experience managing key accounts, particularly in online and travel retail, is desirable • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong closing ability • Partnership-oriented customer focus • Strong analytical understanding of KPIs and customer profitability • Willingness to travel • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems and digital sales tools
