• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, analyze discovery issues, and prepare reports for clients • Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements. • Conduct complex legal research and analysis. • Assist with trial preparation and attend trials. • Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel • Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements
