Description

• As a Software Engineering Manager within Shared Platform, your mission is to deliver high-quality technical services that support and enable Kueski’s products. You will oversee the technical and non-technical aspects of the development process, while guiding and mentoring a team of software engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field • Proven experience in software engineering and development • Proven experience in driving product development from conception to launch, including requirements gathering and prioritization • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements • Exceptional people management and team-building skills • Expertise in relevant technologies, programming languages, and frameworks • Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery • Strategic thinking with an ability to align technical solutions with business objectives • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges • Knowledge of security practices and software architecture principles • Excellent communication in both, English and Spanish.
