📋 Description

• Developing the customer base — identifying new sales opportunities • Account management & strategic growth — managing and expanding existing client relationships • Tactical consulting & enablement — supporting both the internal team and customers • Stakeholder management at decision-maker level — engaging with C-level and technical decision-makers • Sales strategy & development — working closely with operations and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of B2B sales experience in real estate, building or energy engineering, FM services, telecommunications, PropTech, or a comparable field • Strong network and market understanding within the mentioned industries • Exceptional drive and sense of ownership • Structured, strategic, and independent working style • Excellent German (C2) and good English (minimum B2) • Willingness to travel within Germany
