• Lead Commercial Analytics activities for launching Kura Oncology's lead program • Develop and implement strategies aligning analytics with business goals • Frame and answer key business questions related to performance reporting • Create in-house reports and dashboards for actionable insights • Lead brand performance metric evaluations and reporting • Partner with various teams to enhance data sources and reporting • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Oversee data quality management process • Provide thought partnership in building and standardizing commercial reporting
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in an analytic discipline • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in analytics • Strong knowledge of internal and third-party pharmaceutical sales data • Experience with BI tools for commercial pharma applications • Expertise in data analysis and developing strategies • Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Proven team player • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
