📋 Description

• Implement platform solutions aligned with design principles and strategy • Build partnerships with Product Owners and Developers • Oversee product backlog delivery (enhancements & projects) • Liaise with Solution Architects for guidance • Support testing activities for quality assurance • Ensure reusable knowledge is captured during delivery • Mentor and guide developers

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in ServiceNow HRSD • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Team leader and consensus builder • Ability to rapidly identify and resolve issues • Strong presentation and communication skills • Challenging mindset to conform with core design principles • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs • Ideal candidates should have ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow HRSD Implementation
