📋 Description

• Support the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of instructional design programs and learning initiatives • Manage migration of training data from external vendors into Workday • Ensure accurate tracking of completions, reporting, and maintenance of training and user records • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning events, including scheduling, enrollment tracking, assessments, reporting, and stakeholder communications • Forecast training demand with internal operations teams and external vendors • Gather and analyze data for quarterly planning with Learning Business Partners • Execute training plans based on identified needs • Coordinate onsite training events with external venues and oversee successful delivery • Optimize training resources and provide guidance and informal leadership within the team • Interpret customer needs, provide recommendations, and own customer satisfaction and relationship management • Travel domestically and internationally as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or program execution • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting data and forecasting learning needs • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Professional presence when engaging stakeholders • Ability to develop executive-level presentations and communications • Proven ability to work effectively in team environments • Proactive approach to learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies • Desire and ability to travel globally to support program delivery up to 20% • Familiarity with current learning technologies, e-learning development, and blended learning solutions • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs • Ability to use learning analytics for decision-making and continuous improvement
