📋 Description

• Protect computer systems and networks from hacking, viruses, and malicious attacks • Implement, deploy, and maintain security solutions ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data • Lead deployment of cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions across networks, servers, systems, and hardware devices • Ensure security solutions comply with regulations and industry standards • Oversee incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber threat hunting • Configure and execute security solutions involving firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, antivirus software, and vulnerability scanners • Recommend system tuning and identify new cybersecurity use cases • Analyze customer and industry data to enhance service value • Build, train, and tune AI models using network log data for diagnostics and incident triage • Develop and maintain Ansible/NetBrain automation playbooks and roles for configuration management, application deployment, and orchestration • Collaborate with cybersecurity architecture and global teams • Contribute to continuous improvement and technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise network/security engineering experience • Proficiency in routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, and troubleshooting network issues • Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless LAN controllers, Palo Alto/Cisco firewalls including GlobalProtect, Cloudflare, Akamai, Infoblox, and F5 • Ability to configure, deploy, and maintain firewall policies, security rules, and user authentication including GlobalProtect • Experience with VPN technologies including IPSec/SSL, NAT, HA, clustering, and performance tuning • Experience with centralized management tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Strata Cloud Manager, Panorama, and NetBrain • Experience with packet analysis tools including tcpdump and Wireshark, and log correlation • Hands-on experience with AI agents or automation frameworks, including LLM-based assistance such as Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred • CCNP certification is preferred • PCNSE certification is preferred • Experience building custom AI agents for network operations • Experience building, training, and tuning AI models using network log data for diagnostics and incident triage • Experience developing and maintaining Ansible/NetBrain playbooks and roles • Ability to lead and participate in group projects with global teams • Strong documentation and continuous improvement mindset • Automation skills including Python, Ansible, and APIs are a strong plus • Growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development • Customer-focused approach • Inclusive and collaborative working style
