📋 Description

• Monitor and manage operational requests and tickets • Follow up with the responsible teams • Ensure deadlines are met and updates are provided • Interact with different departments and organizational levels • Support management routines and operational controls

🎯 Requirements

• Position exclusively for candidates with disabilities (PWD) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organization and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities • Proactivity and a strong sense of ownership • Comfortable following up on outstanding items and gathering information • Basic knowledge of Telecommunications (a plus) • Familiarity with transmission networks, fiber optics, or network infrastructure (a plus) • Previous experience in operations, support, or demand management (a plus) • Availability for business hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or the afternoon/evening shift, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
