• Develop the monthly social media calendar (store Instagram); • Align content strategy with institutional campaigns, product launches and promotions; • Produce briefs for the marketing team focused on creating visual assets, videos and interactive content; • Write creative and strategic captions and copy for social media; • Schedule and publish content using scheduling tools (Postgran); • Monitor interactions (comments, messages and mentions); • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks and conversions; • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement; • Monitor budget and ensure optimal performance for paid campaigns (aligned with the Media team); • Support identification and outreach to digital influencers for partnerships and brand activations; • Create briefs for local influencers; • Engage and strengthen the follower community, encouraging interaction and loyalty; • Propose and create creative approaches and content formats; • Create content for the stores' WhatsStore (WhatsApp storefront); • Event coverage – product launches and conventions; • Manage relationships with shopping centers/malls – distribution of communication materials and campaigns; • Present analyses and results to managers; • Create briefs and oversee projects for digital sales representatives.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related fields; • Experience in trade/retail within the apparel sector is a plus; • Availability to travel.
