📋 Description

• Being responsible for full recruitment processes • Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates • Generating and maintaining candidates' pipeline; candidates data processing • Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus • Working with Ukrainian and foreign IT labor markets

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within technology companies or product/service IT environments • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback preparation, offer management, and candidate communication • Advanced sourcing skills, including the ability to build sourcing strategies, use multiple channels, and develop diverse candidate pipelines • Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews, assessing candidate fit, and providing clear, structured feedback to stakeholders • Practical experience using AI tools and creating effective prompts to support recruitment, sourcing, communication, and process optimization • Experience with paid sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, or similar tools will be an advantage • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate recruitment insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
