• Develop innovative next generation neural models for Machine Translate • Ensure machine translation and next gen AI services are reliable, scalable, and fast • Keep abreast of latest trends in machine learning, NLP, and machine translation technologies • Share expertise through mentorship and technical presentations • Advocate for the “you build it, you run it" philosophy • Drive integration of AI technologies into user-friendly products • Establish monitoring services to support continuous improvement and scalability • Introduce innovative machine translation and content generation tools • Cultivate culture of excellence within the team • Develop a training/fine-tuning pipeline for self-hosted LLMs - both for Machine Translate (MT) & Gen AI

Requirements

• Expert Knowledge in Python and frameworks like Huggingface Transformers, TensorFlow or PyTorch, PyTorch-Lightning, Scikit-learn • Experience with neural models based on Transformer architectures • Proven experience in training sophisticated neural networks on extensive NLP datasets • Proficiency in developing and fine-tuning multilingual models • Awareness of ethical considerations and biases in machine translation systems • Experience with Retrieval Augmented generation (RAGs) and Vector DBs • Experience with managing and interfacing with SQL and NoSQL databases • Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD workflows, terraform, MLflow or Kubeflow, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS, version control with Git and collaborative development tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps, optimizing AI applications, data visualization and BI tools, monitoring and logging tools • Focusing on cutting-edge research and collaboration with different teams to integrate solutions smoothly
