âą Identify and research prospective clients within the hospitality and events sectors âą Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using provided tools and resources âą Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach campaigns âą Create and manage multi-touch follow-up sequences âą Engage directly with event planners, hotel decision-makers, venue managers, and business owners âą Qualify prospects and uncover partnership opportunities âą Schedule discovery meetings and sales appointments for leadership âą Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions âą Consistently achieve activity and appointment-setting targets âą Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies âą Monitor pipeline progress and assist in moving opportunities through the sales process
