Description

• Utilize outstanding design skills grounded in data to create designs merging functionality with visual appeal • Responsible for crafting user experiences that are intuitive, responsive, and scalable • Uncover insights, identify opportunities, present to peers and leadership, and collaborate with the engineering team • Independently create user experiences end-to-end with strategic design • Develop inventive and responsive design solutions for mobile and web products • Collaborate closely with the product team and cross-functional groups to enhance and optimize UX

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in performance marketing/lead generation or similar industry • Experience with UX/UI Platform, wireframing, or prototyping technologies • Creative tool suite experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools • Experience designing user experiences driven by data/metrics like CRO • Experienced working directly with Engineers/Developers • Comfortable with design presentations, engineering handoffs, and providing/accepting feedback • Knowledgeable and practiced within iterative A/B split testing and the concepts behind it • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a bonus • Experience interpreting data using BI Tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is a bonus • Experience with Project Management/Task Management platforms like Asana, Jira, or similar tools is a bonus

Benefits
