📋 Description

• Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment, clarity, and trust • Translate requests into clear, strategic briefs for the internal team • Oversee campaigns from planning through results analysis to ensure strategy execution • Organize and prioritize requests, considering impact, deadlines, and team capacity • Review and validate deliverables before client delivery, ensuring quality and consistency • Lead alignment meetings and results presentations • Monitor KPIs (campaign performance, NPS, customer satisfaction, etc.) • Manage timelines, scope, and time bank with leadership • Anticipate risks and prevent rework or misalignment • Consolidate information and report on action status, learnings, and improvement opportunities to both clients and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in digital marketing or advertising • Experience with campaigns (paid media, inbound marketing, etc.) • Experience managing requests and client relationships • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile • Strong communication and organizational skills for interfacing with internal teams, clients, and partners • Intermediate level Excel or project management/organization tools
