📋 Description

• The Media and Performance team is responsible for keeping adopted strategies aligned with the client's business objectives, running targeted campaigns on channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, programmatic channels, and other offline media partners, proposing and adjusting campaigns according to results, with decision-making based on qualitative data. • Day-to-day, communicates with clients through reports and reports, consolidating data related to monthly goals, effectiveness, opportunities and next steps. • Provides training and guidance to assistants and analysts to improve the execution of their tasks; • Configure Google Analytics; • Configure Google Tag Manager; • Has experience with media and programmatic platforms and implements campaigns on these platforms; • Structures and implements offline media campaigns; • Presents campaign plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Communication or a related field; • Advanced knowledge of programmatic media; • Advanced knowledge of offline media; • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
