📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate contracts related to the importation, manufacturing and commercialization of private label products, ensuring legal security and alignment with the company’s objectives; • Structure and negotiate import-on-demand contracts with trading companies, domestic and international manufacturers and other strategic partners; • Draft and review tripartite agreements between the company, trading companies and manufacturers, defining contractual, operational and consumer-related responsibilities; • Support the contractual structuring of domestic manufacturing operations, assisting the legal relationship with strategic suppliers; • Provide consultative legal support to business areas during project development and implementation, acting as a strategic partner in designing legal solutions; • Coordinate multidisciplinary matters related to Intellectual Property, Foreign Trade, Tax, Data Protection, Compliance and other legal specialties, liaising with internal experts; • Manage multiple concurrent requests and stakeholders, ensuring organization, prioritization of activities and adherence to project deadlines; • Support the evolution of operations from the contract structuring phase through operational stabilization, contributing to risk mitigation and project continuity; • Identify legal risks related to commercial operations and propose solutions aligned with the company’s expansion strategy; • Work closely with internal teams, providing clear, objective legal guidance aligned with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Solid experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating high-complexity corporate contracts; • Experience in Foreign Trade operations, especially contracts related to import-on-demand (customs); • Experience negotiating contracts involving trading companies, domestic and international manufacturers and supplier chains; • Knowledge of import operations and contractual structuring of supply chains; • Advanced or fluent English; • Consultative profile, able to act as a business partner and lead strategic negotiations; • Ability to work autonomously, stay organized and effectively manage multiple simultaneous demands; • Excellent communication, business acumen and ability to interact with different stakeholders; • Experience in retail, marketplace, e-commerce or consumer goods companies is a plus; • Knowledge of Private Label operations is a plus; • Experience with projects involving importation of high-turnover consumer products is a plus; • Practical experience in customs operations focused on retail is a plus; • Knowledge of the import and distribution logistics chain is a plus.
