📋 Description
• Prepare civil calculations and handle payments in legal proceedings; • Manage cases in the enforcement/execution phase; • Negotiate and finalize settlements; • Maintain and update entries in internal system (LegalBox).
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in civil law and preparing calculations; • Experience negotiating settlements; • Experience with the enforcement/execution phase of proceedings; • Proactive approach; • Good communication skills; • Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills; • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in verification; • Organizational skills and information management; • Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies or divergent data.
