📋 Description

• Drafting petitions, defenses, appeals, and initial pleadings ranging from low to high complexity; • Updating procedural tracking/case management systems; • Applying different strategies to manage and ensure the proper development of matters in the caseload; • Experience in civil litigation and handling high-volume cases; • Previous experience in law firms as an attorney.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Postgraduate specialization in civil procedural law or other areas is a plus; • English language skills are a plus; • Strong knowledge of civil procedure and civil law; • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; • Proactive attitude; • Good communication skills with internal teams and clients; • Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and ability to optimize time and workload; • Resilience and willingness to handle adverse situations.
