📋 Description

• Drafting complaints, answers, motions, appeals and legal memoranda in moderately complex matters; • Attending hearings and delivering oral arguments; • Developing litigation strategies, identifying risks, opportunities and legal solutions for complex cases; • Analyzing and interpreting contracts, preferably commercial/corporate contracts; • Updating and managing legal systems (LegalBox); • Excellent legal writing and the ability to produce technically robust documents with strong legal reasoning; • Organized with excellent management of multiple concurrent matters; • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reviewing documents and information; • Management of court deadlines and, in particular, administrative deadlines, ensuring compliance with SLAs and internal requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in strategic civil litigation; • Solid knowledge of Civil Law, Corporate Law, Consumer Protection Law and Civil Procedure; • Analytical, proactive and problem-solving orientation; • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and participating in meetings; • Ability to execute tasks quickly without compromising technical quality; • Resilience and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment; • Specialization in Civil Procedure or another area of Private Law will be considered a plus; • Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a plus; • Experience with technology companies, digital platforms, marketplaces or commercial disputes will be considered a plus;
