📋 Description

• Drafting petitions, answers, legal statements, appeals and memorials in matters of medium complexity; • Participation in hearings and oral arguments; • Updating and managing legal case-management systems (LegalBox); • Developing case strategies, identifying risks, opportunities and legal solutions for complex matters; • Preparing technical legal documents with a high level of legal reasoning.

🎯 Requirements

• ***__Bachelor's degree in Law, with active OAB membership.__*** • Proven experience in civil litigation. • Solid knowledge of Civil Law, Consumer Law and Civil Procedure; • Experience managing a high-volume caseload. • Postgraduate specialization in Civil Procedure or in Private Law.
