📋 Description

• Handle labor litigation in all stages (trial, appeals, and enforcement); • Conduct hearings (initial, consolidated/single-session, and evidentiary/instructional hearings); • Act as the employer's representative (preposto) when necessary; • Review procedural filings and legal documents; • Draft labor pleadings of medium complexity; • Manage deadlines, case progress, and update case management systems; • Liaise with the client's legal team to align strategies and provide inputs; • Support HR and other internal departments on labor-related matters; • Analyze and review internal policies, contracts, and communications; • Prepare legal opinions and guidance; • Provide support on sensitive matters (disciplinary issues, terminations, labor risks, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in labor litigation (full case lifecycle); • Practical experience in labor hearings; • Experience reviewing procedural filings; • Experience or exposure to labor advisory work and HR support; • Organized with strong deadline management skills; • Good communication skills for interacting with internal departments; • Intermediate or advanced English.
