📋 Description

• ✅ Perform registration and pre-registration of cases, clients and parties in legal management systems, ensuring correct entry, verification and updating of information; • ✅ Review procedural documents, validate registration data, identify inconsistencies, make corrections when necessary and follow up on outstanding issues with the relevant departments; • ✅ Ensure standardization of registrations, data quality and compliance with operational deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 🎯 __ Law student or Law graduate without active Bar registration (Required)__; • ✅ Experience with legal registration, case management or administrative routines in law firms or legal departments; • ✅ Experience in analyzing and verifying procedural documents and registration data; • ✅ Knowledge of legal management systems will be considered an advantage. • ✅ Microsoft Office (intermediate), with a focus on Excel (filters, tables and basic formulas); • ✅ Ease in using legal systems and court/process platforms; • ✅ Good typing skills and information organization. • ✅ Excellent organization and priority management; • ✅ Strong written and verbal communication; • ✅ Analytical profile and attention to detail; • ✅ Sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines; • ✅ Proactive in following up and tracking outstanding issues; • ✅ Ability to work with a high volume of tasks; • ✅ Good interpersonal skills; • ✅ Responsibility and autonomy to work remotely.
