📋 Description

• Drafting and reviewing strategic legal pleadings, including petitions, answers, appeals, motions, and briefs, in highly complex matters involving significant financial value • Conducting risk analyses and defining comprehensive litigation strategies for managing critical cases across different court levels • Actively participating in meetings and maintaining direct client contact to present scenarios, risks, and legal recommendations objectively • Rigorously managing procedural and internal administrative deadlines, ensuring compliance with SLAs and the organized handling of simultaneous matters

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Strong, demonstrable experience in strategic civil litigation involving highly complex and significant matters • Preferred: Previous experience at a mid-sized or large law firm • Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with the ability to manage multiple matters and work under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders • Excellent legal writing skills and meticulousness in the technical review of documents and information
