Description

• Act as client consulting, providing quality customer service • Performing monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts and credit cards • Oversee Quarterly and Annual payroll processing and payroll tax return processing • Process year-end 1096/1099s and conduct appropriate reporting for 1099s • Maintain General Ledgers and process Accounts Payable • Sales tax and other local business tax reporting • Providing accurate documentation in accordance with record retention policies and procedures • Adheres to LBMC's defined processes and procedures ensuring client confidentiality • Follows the rules, regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct of regulating bodies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Accounting/Finance preferred or related degrees • 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (including payroll) • Highly proficient with QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), the MS Office Suite, and Adobe • Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting time constraints and client deadlines • High attention to detail, multi-tasker, problem solver & intellectually curious
