📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle of key project agreements, subcontracts, vendor and purchase agreements, NDAs, and amendments • Assist in reviewing contract documents for consistency, completeness, and alignment with project execution plans • Prepare redlines and markups of standard contractual documents including escalating all contract negotiations and deviations from standard terms to the Associate General Counsel for direction and approval • Serve as a key liaison between project managers, procurement teams, legal, and finance to ensure that contract terms are properly communicated and implemented across project functions • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of agreements and proper documentation throughout project execution • Ensure that all executed documents are archived in accordance with internal policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Legal Studies, or a related discipline • 3-5 years of contract administration and negotiation experience within the renewable or commercial construction sectors; renewable energy project experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with contract law, common industry contract forms and understanding of key commercial terms • Strong organizational, document management, and communication skills • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Strong understanding of supply chain coordination and subcontractor management
