📋 Description

• Create business opportunities through self-sourcing clients suited for 1031 exchange and digital escrow services • Leverage networks, centers of influence, and business development acumen to acquire business and build meaningful relationships • Build a robust portfolio of national clients and manage the relationships until services are delivered and beyond • Work with clients on IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and manage their own portfolio of transactions • Use deep industry knowledge to gain new business and ensure client satisfaction • Develop new relationships by providing seminars on IRC Section 1031 to attorneys and real estate professionals

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in and industry knowledge of 1031 exchange business • 15+ years’ experience in business development and relationship management, including gaining new deposit business • Ability to work independently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills
