Description

• As part of the UX team, we are seeking an experienced UX Designer with expertise in the mobile application environment who can significantly contribute to the design and development of user experiences • Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX Design as a key member of a design team participating in the product development lifecycle • Demonstrable experience in developing medium to high fidelity prototypes and interaction design at an advanced level • Expertise in information architecture for complete application flow design • Strong portfolio of design projects and UI/UX processes • Bachelor’s degree in design, UX or related field, equivalent professional experience • Solid knowledge of Figma • Solid knowledge of native iOS applications • Experience in participating in usability testing, proposing UX methodologies, and design research activities • Ability to work in an agile, proactive, and pragmatic manner, adhering to established deadlines • Familiarity with analytical data to inform design decisions. • Ability to propose and lead ideation sessions • Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to document processes effectively • Strong organizational skills
