Description

• LeafLink is seeking a Business Operations Analyst Intern to assist with an array of projects and cross-functional initiatives. This role will report to our Senior Manager of Business Operations. The position can be based out of our HQ in New York (preferred) or be fully remote. This internship offers a dynamic environment where you'll have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills, gain practical experience, and contribute to the optimization of our business operations against our business plan. You are a great fit for this role if no task is too small, you don’t mind digging into some disparate data to find answers and support the analysis and reporting needs of the Business Operations team. The ideal candidate must be action-oriented, resourceful, flexible, and eager to learn.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. • Previous internship or work experience working in consulting, finance, or in an operations or data role at a venture-backed startup. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with team members. • You thrive in an ambiguous environment and love creating structure amid chaos. • You have a positive attitude and believe that no task is too small. • Passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to contribute to its growth and evolution is a plus!

Benefits

• $18/hour (max 30 hours/week) • If in NYC, daily in-office lunch stipend
