Description
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a complex program • Facilitate efficient product implementation and customer onboarding process • Proactively manage new customer implementations and create end-to-end project plans • Coordinate with internal departments and track progress against plan
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 3-5 years experience in a high-performance implementation capacity • 3+ years of project management experience preferred • Experience in healthcare, benefits, or technology preferred
