📋 Description

• Act as the go-to person for all PMS topics and keep processes aligned with IHG standards • Coordinate PMS developments, tasks and feature requests across teams • Support hotel pre-openings by coordinating PMS setup, operational readiness and alignment with IHG and internal teams • Manage commercial systems and roadmap projects, tracking timelines, stakeholders and deliverables • Help shape and roll out the Commercial Projects Roadmap with a focus on automation and smarter processes • Provide clear documentation, communication and cross-team collaboration for complex projects • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve systems and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on hospitality experience • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), ideally Oracle Opera Cloud • Experience managing cross-departmental projects, ideally where hospitality meets technology • Clear understanding of hotel operations, distribution and system integrations • Tech-minded and solution-oriented approach • Organisational ability to manage multiple priorities • Confidence communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Fluent in English; German is a plus
