📋 Description

• Manage, with support from the senior project manager, all assigned projects. Ensuring progression and continuity through execution and delivery phases. • Manage, with support from the senior project manager, client and stakeholder communication, including status updates, progress reporting, and change requests. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Graphic and Motion Design, Development, Learning Design) to align project delivery with objectives. • Monitor project progress against milestones, track deviations, and escalate issues or blockers to the senior Project Manager or Head of Studio. • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and potential blockers to the Project Management team, with potential solutions, for resolution. • Develop and maintain support documentation including project briefs, risk logs, requirement specifications, and delivery reports. • Provide clear, accurate reporting through dashboards and project status updates. • Support the Project Management team in continuously improving project delivery practices and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years' proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in digital, ed-tech, consulting, or similar environments. • Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse stakeholders and complex dependencies. • Strong technical background with working knowledge of accessibility and compatibility standards. • Hands-on expertise with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar). • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills—able to build trust, align teams, and drive accountability. • Strong analytical mindset; ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and reporting. • Degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on project management. • Must be eligible for employment in South Africa. • Good to have: Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or foundational PMP knowledge). • Experience managing translation or localization projects. • Exposure to multi-stakeholder client environments or consulting delivery models.
