📋 Description

• Identify potential customers and build new connections. • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their challenges and goals. • Qualify leads and prepare them for further consultation. • Develop creative ways to attract new customers to the company’s services. • Support the development and optimization of sales processes. • Maintain and manage CRM data. • Work closely with management, development, and marketing. • Represent the company professionally across digital and in-person channels. • Actively contribute to the company’s growth. • Opportunity to develop toward consulting, business development, or closing.

🎯 Requirements

• You enjoy communicating and can inspire people with new ideas. • You work independently and have an entrepreneurial mindset. • You are open-minded, eager to learn, and motivated to drive things forward. • Excellent written and spoken German (C1). • Initial experience in sales, customer consulting, business development, or similar fields is an advantage but not required. • Willingness to take on responsibility.
