📋 Description

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities • Launch new initiatives such as quizzes and listicles • Optimize customer acquisition costs and conversion rates with marketing teams • Innovate approaches for driving growth using industry best practices and emerging trends • Monitor subscriber churn and implement initiatives to improve customer lifetime value • Use analytics tools to track MRR, ARR, churn rates, and other KPIs • Collaborate with the Head of Business • Supervise digital marketing professionals and lead a small Growth or Sales Team • Work with the CRO and Tech team to ensure seamless subscription touchpoints • Work with the Media Buying team to scale subscriptions while optimizing costs • Work with the Email team on sign-up, lead nurturing, onboarding, and upselling campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in an e-commerce brand or online store, preferably in a growth strategy or business performance role • Successful track record in increasing revenue, CLTV, AOV, and other metrics • Documented experience leading a small Growth or Sales Team • Deep understanding of D2C sales business • Practical knowledge of the US market and efficient online selling strategies for the region • Ability to lead by example and take initiative in driving operations forward • Strong knowledge of GA4 and Shopify • Proven data analysis skills • Good understanding of media buying, email marketing, and CRO • Tech-savviness and adaptability to new technologies • Experience with a subscription-based business, preferably in a consumer brand • Portfolio of case studies showcasing contribution and success stories • Self-employment certificate required
