📋 Description

• Responsible for maximizing revenue and profit from existing traffic • Analyze the entire conversion funnel, from landing page and product page through cart and checkout to purchase and retention • Identify and prioritize conversion leaks • Develop and implement CRO experiments • A/B test landing pages, offers, product pages, and checkout • Optimize user experience and onsite messaging • Analyze analytics data, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer data • Improve AOV, conversion rate, and revenue per visitor • Develop and optimize upsells, bundles, and cross-sells • Build a structured growth experimentation process • Deliver measurable business outcomes, including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, revenue, AOV, CAC / contribution margin, checkout conversion, repeat purchase rate, and LTV

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, CRO, or e-commerce • Strong affinity for numbers and willingness to dive deep into funnels • Experience conducting experiments, not just reporting on them • Solid understanding of A/B testing • Ability to connect customer psychology with UX • Ability to independently develop and prioritize hypotheses • Strong analytical skills • Ability to switch quickly between strategy and execution • Focus on business impact rather than vanity metrics • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, VWO/Optimizely, or similar tools
