📋 Description

• Build reliable, scalable product experiences that help companies manage equity • Work closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers • Turn complex equity workflows into clear, automated, user-friendly software • Take ownership of well-scoped projects and contribute across the stack • Contribute to the Core Equity, Workflows & Automation, Reporting, or Tax teams • Maintain transaction logic, data models, and core domain behaviour for equity management • Automate equity workflows and integrate with third-party services • Transform equity data into financial, operational, and compliance reports • Build product capabilities supporting tax and compliance requirements across jurisdictions • Set up the development environment and contribute changes • Ship features and improvements with increasing independence • Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and technical architecture discussions • Own medium-sized features from implementation through release • Collaborate with Product and Design on pragmatic, user-centric solutions • Contribute to discussions about data models, workflows, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer • Comfortable building and shipping production-quality features across the stack • Ability to learn complex domains and turn them into simple, maintainable product experiences • Care about clean, tested, readable code and thoughtful collaboration • Curiosity about equity, financial workflows, and their real-world impact on companies and employees • Willingness to grow technical judgement through code reviews, pairing, and architecture discussions • Ability to take ownership while asking for input early when trade-offs are unclear • Hackerrank take-home assessment • Live coding assessment • System design assessment • Behavioural interview using the STAR method
