• Primary point of contact for a defined group of lawyers and law firms • Onboarding & training: You ensure new partners get started quickly and smoothly and understand all relevant processes • Monitoring & quality assurance: You support our partners in working efficiently and maintaining the highest standards • Independent management and development of a law firm portfolio: You not only manage existing firms, but also strategically grow and continuously expand your own portfolio • Relationship building & revenue growth: Through close support and advisory, you help lawyers take on more cases and grow together with us • Collaboration optimization: You identify potentials, develop best practices, and thereby increase partner productivity and satisfaction
• Experience in account management, partner management, or customer success, ideally in a service or B2B environment • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in building long-term relationships • Organizational talent: You can support multiple partners simultaneously without losing oversight • Proactive and structured work style – you independently identify where action is needed and implement measures • Optional: initial experience in sales or upselling
