Description

• As a Bilingual Sales Demo Setter, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and appointments for the sales team. You will research potential clients, initiate contact through various channels, and qualify leads based on specific criteria. Your goal is to schedule quality demos or appointments to help the sales team achieve their revenue targets. • Research and identify potential clients through various sources such as databases, social media, and industry events. • Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, including budget, need, authority, and timeline (BANT). • Educate leads about the company's products or services, highlighting key features and benefits. • Schedule qualified leads for product demos, sales meetings, or consultations with the appropriate sales representative. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM software. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates. • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • Must have experience in sales, account management, or a related field is required. Candidates with experience in the same or related industry may be preferred. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial. • Strong customer service skills for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiating, and closing deals. • Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and management. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as other sales and marketing tools. • Ability to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company strategy. • Willingness to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). • Must have a personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core I5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
