Requirements

• 15+ years of non-life, personal lines underwriting experience • Proven history of managing exposure in large books of business • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Experience in stakeholder engagement and driving change • Bachelor’s degree in related field • Passionate about finding and developing talent • Hands-on approach to leading and executing

Benefits
