Description

• Lead, define, hire, and retain a high-performing marketing function, including corporate, enterprise, and performance marketing teams • Design comprehensive marketing objectives for acquisition and retention • Own the brand voice, define and enforce brand and style guidelines • Collaborate with the B2B sales team, providing marketing collateral and engaging in co-marketing efforts • Work closely with the product team to reflect brand values in digital assets • Develop and execute retention and reactivation strategies • Define the media mix and plan, tightly managing a substantial offline and online media budget • Define and implement the adtech and marketing tech stack • Utilize market and competitive research to segment and define target markets • Refine and improve the product value proposition based on market insights

Requirements

• Previous SVP or VP of Marketing experience with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience • Proven experience leading growth and brand strategies within the US healthcare space • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment • Management and leadership experience • Healthcare and tech marketing experience is required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working with or for creative and media buying agencies is a positive
