• Lead engagement with court decision-makers, including executive officers, judges, clerks, and IT directors • Identify, qualify, and secure partnerships with court systems to expand data and document access • Build and manage a robust pipeline of court access opportunities, supported by CRM tracking and reporting • Develop and execute regional and national engagement strategies, including conferences, roundtables, and direct outreach • Advocate for the shared public benefits of data-sharing relationships and increased judicial transparency • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on legal, technical, and operational requirements for court partnerships • Educate stakeholders on how LexisNexis solutions enhance access, analytics, and efficiency within the justice ecosystem • Contribute insights to product and policy teams to inform strategy and ensure sustainable, compliant data acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven success with 3+ years in business development, government relations, or public-sector enterprise sales, ideally within the legal or technology industries • Strong consultative and strategic selling skills — able to navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and tact • Deep understanding of or curiosity about legal technology, judicial administration, and public-sector data ecosystems • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of earning trust with senior judicial officials • Highly self-motivated and organized, able to manage long sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously • Willingness to travel regularly within the U.S. for meetings, conferences, and stakeholder events
