• Manage and achieve sales targets, revenue, and business unit goals through strategic sales processes • Serve as an internal champion for strategic partners and build long-term trust • Network with client organizations from C-level executives to laboratory scientists • Perform sales analysis and build near-, mid-, and long-term forecast models • Define strategies and road maps with strategic partners to capture new products and opportunities • Present proposals and conduct senior-level negotiations and contract agreements • Lead business reviews covering performance, growth areas, and key projects • Act as the key sales contact for the corporate account and support the sales organization • Lead cross-functional sales processes using strong project management • Communicate customer demand and coordinate production priorities and delivery expectations • Coordinate product delivery requirements between customers and production • Contribute to long-term planning and new product development pipeline reviews • Drive international brand awareness through global roadshows and tradeshows • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in biomedical science or a related field (e.g., clinical biochemistry) • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an IVD-related sales management role, focusing on B2B strategic partnerships and/or corporate account management • Solid relationship with APAC end-user diagnostic laboratories and networks • Biochemistry and immunoassay expertise • Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior-level audiences • Advanced Excel and finance skills for sales forecasting and complex price modelling • Experience managing projects • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Proficient in speaking and writing English • Willingness to travel up to 60%, including overnight domestic and international travel • Knowledge of molecular and serology techniques, including biochemistry and immunoassay laboratory testing • APAC language skills • Understanding of 13485, 15189, CLSI, CAP, and regional accreditation standards • Experience with medical device registrations for CE, 510(k), NMPA, and other global territories • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
