📋 Description

• Manage contracts with benefit providers and vendors, ensuring deadlines, quality, and compliance • Monitor and review operational processes, proposing improvements based on corporate methodologies • Administer the ticketing system, monitoring SLAs and satisfaction metrics • Prepare management reports and qualitative analyses to support decision-making • Participate in projects to review and communicate the benefits package, with a focus on flexibility and personalization • Serve employees and managers, resolving inquiries and promoting engagement with benefits programs • Ensure accurate accounting and payment of monthly invoices in designated systems • Support audits and legal requirements related to benefits administration • Contribute to internal communications about the flexible benefits plan, including workshops, campaigns, and explanatory materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field • Experience in benefits and contract management • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI • Experience with SAP, SENIOR, or similar HR/ERP systems • Familiarity with flexible benefits policies and collective bargaining agreements • Experience in process improvement projects within benefits administration • Ability to conduct workshops and internal communication campaigns • Previous work with satisfaction and employee engagement metrics related to benefits
