Description

• We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data and insights to improve website performance and drive conversion rates. They will be responsible for developing and implementing CRO strategies, conducting experiments, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in CRO or digital marketing preferred. • Proven experience (3-5 years) in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and website performance. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations. • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as experience with A/B testing platforms and other CRO tools. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Creative problem-solving abilities, with a passion for experimenting, testing hypotheses, and continuously optimizing digital experiences. • Knowledge of UX principles, web design best practices, SEO fundamentals, and other factors impacting website performance and user behavior.
