• Take overall responsibility for business development and sales activities for complex hydrogen and energy infrastructure projects (EPCm) • Build, develop and manage strategic customer relationships • Lead technical and commercial customer discussions • Manage the entire sales process • Develop attractive commercial proposals, pricing models and cost–benefit analyses • Conduct and manage regional and sector-specific market and customer analyses • Maintain complete and up-to-date CRM data to ensure transparency over leads, decision processes and customer interactions
• University degree in engineering, business, economics, law or a comparable field • 8+ years of professional experience in business development, sales or commercial project development in the energy, industrial infrastructure or engineering sector • Demonstrable track record in complex B2B sales with long sales cycles • Solid understanding of technologies such as hydrogen, renewable energy or industrial decarbonization • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop compelling value propositions • Fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English, both written and spoken • Very good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
