📋 Description

• Market development and strategy: Analyze and evaluate the target market, with a particular focus on cutting tool manufacturing and machining technologies. • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for our hybrid.AM technology. • Identify target customers and build strategic partnerships with key industry players. • Business development and sales: Build a network of potential customers, partners, and industry experts. • Develop tailored solutions and business cases in close collaboration with customers. • Lead pilot projects to demonstrate technological advantages and generate revenue. • Cross-market scaling: Develop strategies for expansion into new sectors such as medical technology or mechanical engineering. • Identify new applications and business areas. • Continuously monitor market and technology trends to optimize our strategies. • Internal collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to develop customer-focused solutions. • Contribute to the development of communication and marketing strategies. • Responsible for optimizing internal business development processes.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or the market introduction of new products in the manufacturing or technology sector. • Solid knowledge of tool manufacturing or related technologies. • Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including experience at the C-level. • Willingness to travel and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment. • Business-fluent German and English.
