• Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs • Grow key existing partnerships through a deep understanding of our products and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell to clients • Develop strong relationships with decision makers in our key accounts in North America • Put together, attend, and lead client meetings and QBRs • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Ops, Product, Demand) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents and to ensure client satisfaction • Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap • Attend industry events to evangelize Liftoff and our technology
• 3+ years of experience in managing new and existing business, attaining quota or quarterly revenue targets • Track record of leading successful client negotiations to close new business • A strong understanding of data analysis and visualization, and the ability to extract and clearly communicate insights from complex data sets • A relationship builder with the ability to build meaningful connections with clients • An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment • Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team • Effective communicator • Experience in the tech industry—mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce, or consulting is a strong plus • Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings
