Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across heterogeneous systems • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data integration pipelines • Implement efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into target systems • Optimize data integration workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability. • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues promptly to minimize disruptions to business operations • Champion best practices in data integration, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data integration, evaluating and integrating them into existing systems where beneficial • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior members of the data engineering team

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex data integration solutions • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle • Strong programming skills in Typescript and Python • Extensive experience with data integration tools and platforms such as Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica, or equivalent • Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL principles • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and their data services • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Informatica Certified Professional) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
